For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Clarity may contact you via phone or WhatsApp for order confirmation before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

If Clarity offers free shipping as part of a promotion, the conditions of that promotion will apply.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Full name
Phone number
Complete delivery address
City and relevant delivery details

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, failed delivery, or the parcel being returned to us.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it may be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Courier tracking updates may occasionally take time to appear in the courier’s system.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged, opened, leaking, or tampered with when received, please take clear photos and, where possible, record an unboxing video.

Any damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failed Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, refuses the parcel, or has provided incorrect delivery information, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be dispatched again.

Delivery Delays

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, certain delivery circumstances may be outside Clarity’s direct control.

We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in resolving courier-related delivery issues.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using an available payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by us.
